Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK* and always send your order via a quick delivery service to ensure you receive fresh and healthy plants.

Please still allow 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your order to arrive. We charge £6 for delivery regardless of the size of your order,  our couriers will make contact with you on the day of delivery. 

We will do everything we can to get your orders to you promptly. If you miss repeated delivery attempts and your plants perish or your delivery is returned due to multiple missed deliveries, we reserve the right not to replace your plants. 

Please make sure you enter your delivery address and contact information correctly to ensure your parcels arrive at the correct address on your delivery day.

*Unfortunately our couriers do not yet deliver to the following postcodes. AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

 

Local Delivery:

We offer a local, by hand delivery service on orders over £10 within a 10 mile radius of Plymouth city centre. Please check that you are within this area before selecting 'Local Delivery' at checkout. 

If you could please include a telephone number and email contact so we are able to get hold of you in regards to your local delivery that would be really helpful. Please also leave a note at check out if you have any special delivery requirements, ie leave in enclosed front porch.

Additional Information

We package our plants with the utmost care to keep them safe while in transit but due to the fragile nature of both plants and pots, on occasion damage can happen during delivery. If this does happen we are here to help and will be more than happy to replace or refund items. You will need to contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receiving your order) and provide us with photos of the damaged item, including pictures of the outer packaging where possible. Please email us at info@weserveplants.com for support with any delivery issues.

Within your order, you will find a plant care card specific to your purchase so you know how to keep them thriving! But please get in touch if you would like any more support, we are here to help keep your leavy legends in the best nick.

Plant pots and other non-perishable goods can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Email info@weserveplants.com to let us know to look out for the return and it will be processed as soon as we receive it. Items should be returned in an unused and resellable condition.
