Why does my plant look different to one pictured?

Your plant may vary from the picture as they are living items. Variations in shape, size, colour and so on are natural and to be expected. The picture show is an example of the species that we have in stock and not necessarily the exact plant sent to you.



Can you help me with my plant-based questions? 

Yes! If you have any questions or need help looking after your plants please drop us a line at info@weserveplants.com or send us a message via Instagram. We will be happy to help with any questions you may have.

 

My order is a gift, can I include a personalised message?

We would be happy to include a personalised message to accompany your leafy gift! Simply add the item you are choosing to gift to your basket and at check out click the ‘add note’ button and write away.

 

Do out of stock items ever come back into stock?

We know it sucks when an item you’ve been eyeing up goes out of stock. We don’t tend to have an exact date of when we will have an item back but keep an eye out for it coming back in stock on our website or drop us a message and we will get in contact with you when we have more coming in. 


​We try to keep our social media up to date with new deliveries and plant restocks so be sure to give us a follow so you can stay up to date with what we’ve got coming in.



Is my plant harmful to pets?

Some plants that we stock are harmful to pets if ingested.  We try to add information about plant toxicity to every description of each individual plant so please give that a read before purchasing. If you are unsure then please do get in touch with us as we are happy to advise you with any purchases. 

 

My order arrived damaged what do I do?

We are so sorry about this! We take great care in packing your orders safely and try super hard to ensure the safest possible delivery, however, sometimes accidents do happen as delivery is out of our control.  If your item arrives damaged in any way then please send us pictures of the outer packaging as well as the item as a whole and any damage within 48 hours and we'll work with you to resolve this issue ASAP!

What kind of packaging do you use?

We wrap up and tie around the plant pots where possible in order to keep the soil in place, they are then packed in recyclable cardboard boxes and surrounded with an eco bubble wrap alternative to keep them save. We are working our way towards being plastic-free and are committed to finding ways to improve our impact on the environment. We will be making donations to https://offset.earth/ to plant trees and offset our carbon footprint.



When will my order be delivered? 

We aim to keep the transit time of all our orders down to the minimum so even when orders are not processed straight away they will still be shipped using a next day delivery service. Please see our delivery section for further details.

 

My delivery hasn’t turned up

If an expected delivery has not shown up then please contact our courier service in the first instance as they will be able to provide more information about deliveries in transit than we will. If this fails then please get in touch with us via email and let us know. 

We work hard with our courier service to ensure orders are delivered on time but sometimes things can happen that are out of our control. We will aim to arrange replacements or redelivery where we can however due to the perishable nature of the plants, we cannot take responsibility for missing deliveries if we have not been contacted by customers within 14 days of the order being placed.
