Network Calathea

Calathea Musaica 

Also known as: Calathea Network, Mosaic Prayer Plant

Origin: Native to tropical South and Central America, Africa, & the West Indies.

This is one of our all-time favourites here at We Serve Plants! The Network Calathea is a bright green beauty with mosaic-like patterning throughout its leaves. This guy is definitely an original looking house plant that will make a stunning addition to any room in the house. He gains bonus points for being non-toxic to animals too!

Nursery Pot Size: 12cm

Light: Position me in a warm spot with bright, indirect sunlight.  Direct sunlight will cause my leaves to fade and lose their markings. 

Water: Weekly, keep my soil moist between watering.

Humidity: I'm my most happy in the bathroom where the humidity is high.

Temperature: I like warmer climates 18°C to 25°C

Fertiliser: Feed me once a month in spring and summer.

Toxicity: Great news - I am non-toxic to both children and pets.
